What should I have?

• half-price tickets:  school/university ID (photocopy),  photo
• regular ticket: ID (photocopy), photo

 Where can I buy it?

• company headquarters:  DZIEKANOWICE 49 (last two working days of each month, from 9am to 6pm),
• coaches/microbuses (ask the driver)

We offer statutory discounts: 49% for pupils and university students (up to 26 years old). We respect all statutory discounts! * one time cardfee: 10 PLN

What are the multi-ride tickets?

Multi-ride ticket:

• Electronic ticket with respective number of purchased rides.
• Bearer ticket – can be used by different passengers without necessity of authorization;valid whenever your card is valid (45 days). Not taken rides can be used in the next validity period (after card top up).

How does it work?

Multi-ride ticket is based on EM card – it is toped up with desired rides number; each ride is validated after entering the vehicle. Passenger is obligated to validate the ride each time after entering the vehicle.When purchasing the ticket, statutory discounts are not applied.

What is the fee and how can I get it?

Multi-ride tickets can be purchased for any number of rides. Discounts: • 11-20 rides – 10 % • 21-40 rides – 15% • 41 and more rides – 20%   Example: regular ticket on the KRAKÓW-DOBCZYCE rout costs 205 PLNfor 41 rides, whilst a multi-ride  ticket costs 164 PLN– you save 41PLN!   Please note that there is a one-time 10 PLN fee for your multi-ride ticket.
